Support Internships during Moravian's Days of Giving

Your support of internships plays a pivotal role in enhancing the marketability of Moravian students for gainful employment and graduate program acceptance. We provide students with invaluable real-world, hands-on experience, complementing their academic learning. By contributing to develop internship stipends, you foster strong connections between Moravian and industry partners, creating a symbiotic relationship that benefits both students and employers. This collaboration further solidifies Moravian's reputation as an institution dedicated to producing graduates equipped with practical skills and relevant knowledge.

Q&A with Center for Career & Civic Engagement Executive Director Kristin Eicholtz

How can financial support during Days of Giving impact your program?

Internships often demand real-world hours without corresponding compensation. Your generous gift towards internship stipends addresses this gap, providing financial support to deserving students. Our funds directly contribute to the success of Moravian students, empowering them to navigate the professional world with confidence and competence. Join us in making a lasting impact on the future careers of our talented students.

How can supporters help your program during Days of Giving?

We offer two options for your support:

  • Alumni-sponsored internship stipends: Your support makes a significant impact, assisting current students as they secure internship opportunities.
  • Community-based internship stipends: Sponsored by local corporate partners, these stipends provide compensation to Moravian students who undertake internships at non-profit organizations in the Lehigh Valley area.
