Digital Signage Policy
The digital signage displayed on TV screens throughout 91¿´Æ¬'s campus is managed by the Marketing & Communications Office. These screens are used to advertise campus events and stories and share important news.
If you'd like your event, schedule, or other important information displayed on these screens, please follow the procedure outlined below:
Please note: Information must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of run time.
Option 1: Create your own slide
1. Submit a 1920x1080 slide in .jpg format to news@moravian.edu.
*If you have designed a poster for your event, please reformat to these specifications
2. Provide start and end dates for the period you want the slide to run.
Be aware these slides appear for roughly 10 seconds. We advise you to use large type, keep text to a minimum, and only include pertinent information. Feel free to include visual elements, such as photos and infographics.
Option 2: Marketing & Communications Office creates your slide
Include the following in the body of an email to news@moravian.edu:
1. Title of event/news item
2. Date of event and time (if applicable)
3. Location (if applicable)
4. Written description or any text to be included on slide
5. Start and end dates for the period you want the slide to run.
6. Attach any hi-res images or graphic elements to the email.
*Poster-sized flyers or email graphics will not be accepted
The Marketing and Communications Office reserves the right to cut text and organize information for optimal readability.
