The Groenfeldt Moravian Collection is named by Eva R. Groenfeldt in loving memory of her husband, the Reverend Dr. John S. Groenfeldt (1917-1995).

The area is furnished by Georgine Sander Weinlick in memory of her husband, Dr. John R. Weinlick who served the University and Theological Seminary Community as Professor of Church History from 1948-1967, and as Dean of the Seminary from 1967-1971.
